Budget Books:

a) Annual Printed Budget Estimate Books –

• Development Expenditure Books,
• Recurrent Expenditure Books and
• Programme Based Budgets (PBBs)

b) Supplementary Estimates Books –

• Development Expenditure Books,
• Recurrent Expenditure Books and
• Programme Based Budgets (PBBs)

In line with PFMA 37 (1) & (2), the Cabinet Secretary shall submit to the Cabinet for its approval—

1. the budget estimates and other documents supporting the budget; and
2. the draft Bills required to implement the national budget submit the same to the National Assembly, by the 30th April of every financial year.
