Finance

The unit is responsible for financial management which entails:

1. Budgetary supply matters;

2. Processing of annual budget, MTEF budget and revised estimates;

3. Issuance of Authority to incur Expenditure (AIE);

4. Expenditure forecasts and monitoring; prioritization of projects and activities for the purpose of financial allocations in the budget;

5. Oversight of commitment of funds and expenditure trends;

6. Budget monitoring and reporting, reallocation within budget and

7. The overall financial management and control of voted funds etc


Finance unit is headed by a Chief Finance Officer.
